ધોરણ 10 પરિણામ બાબતે મહત્વપૂર્ણ સમાચાર (GSEB SSC RESULT 2023): તાજેતરમાં જ ગુજરાત શિક્ષણ બોર્ડ દ્વારા માધ્યમિક અને ઉચ્ચતર માધ્યમિક બોર્ડની પરીક્ષાઓ લેવાઈ હતી, જેના પરિણામોને લઈને શિક્ષણ બોર્ડે તૈયારી આરંભી દીધી છે. બોર્ડ દ્વારા ધોરણ-10 ના વિધાર્થીઓના પરિણામ જાહેર કરવા માટેની કામગીરી પુરજોશમાં શરૂ કરી દીધી છે.

ધોરણ 10 પરિણામ નું પરિણામ 2023: ધોરણ-12 વિજ્ઞાન પ્રવાહનું પરિણામ પહેલા જાહેર કરવામાં આવે તેવી પ્રબળ શક્યતા છે. જ્યારે ધોરણ 12 વિજ્ઞાન પ્રવાહનું પરિણામ મે મહિનાના પ્રથમ અથવા બીજા સપ્તાહમાં જાહેર થઈ શકે છે. તેમજ ધોરણ-12 સામાન્ય પ્રવાહનું પરિણામ મે મહિનાના અતિમ તબક્કામાં જાહેર થવાની અને ધોરણ 10નું પરિણામ જૂન માસના પ્રથમ સપ્તાહ બાદ જાહેર થાય તેવી પ્રબળ શક્યતાઓ છે.

ધોરણ-10ની આટલા વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ પરીક્ષા આપી

ગુજરાત માધ્યમિક અને ઉચ્ચતર માધ્યમિક શિક્ષણ બોર્ડ, ગાંધીનગર દ્વારા તા.27 માર્ચ 2023ના રોજ માર્ચની પરીક્ષામાં ધોરણ-10 (GSEB SSC 2023)ના પ્રથમ સેશનમાં ગુજરાતી-દ્વિતીય ભાષા વિષયમાં કુલ-118696 પરીક્ષાર્થીઓ પૈકી કુલ-117512 પરીક્ષાર્થીઓ હાજર રહ્યા હતાં.

ઉલ્લેખનિય છે કે, રાજ્યમાં 14મી માર્ચથી ગુજરાતમાં માધ્યમિક અને ઉચ્ચતર માધ્યમિક બોર્ડની પરીક્ષાનો પ્રારંભ થયો હતો. ધોરણ-10ની પરીક્ષા 28મી માર્ચ સુધી યોજાઈ હતી જ્યારે ધોરણ-12 સામાન્ય પ્રવાહની પરીક્ષા 29મી માર્ચ સુધી તેમજ વિજ્ઞાન પ્રવાહની પરીક્ષા 25 માર્ચ સુધી યોજાઈ હતી.

ધોરણ 10નું પરિણામ જૂન માસના પ્રથમ સપ્તાહ બાદ જાહેર થાય તેવી પ્રબળ શક્યતાઓ છે.

GSEB SSC Result 2023: The Gujarat Board will release the GSEB SSC result 2023 on the official website. The GSEB 10th result 2023 is expected in May/June 2023. Students can check the GSEB SSC result 2023 online by entering their credentials. GSEB SSC exam 2023 result consists of grades, subject-wise marks and other important details. The GSEB SSC exams were conducted from March 14, 2023 till March 28, 2023. 794003 students registered for the Gujarat SSC exam 2023. જવાબ: પેટમાં ઇન્ફેક્શન વાઇરસથી થતો રોગ છે. જેને તબીબી ભાષામાં વાઇરલ ગેસ્ટ્રોએન્ટેરિટિસ પણ કહેવામાં આવે છે.

જેમાં ચેપ લાગવાથી આંતરડામાં બળતરા થાય છે. જેનાથી પાચનતંત્ર પર એટલી અસર થાય છે કે પાણી પણ પચી શકતું નથી.

પ્રશ્ન: સામાન્ય રીતે પેટમાં ઇન્ફેક્શનનું કારણ શું છે?
જવાબ:

• વધારે ખાવું
• ખોટા સમયે ખાવું
• બગડેલો અથવા વાસી ખોરાક ખાવો
• ગંદું પાણી પીવું
• ગંદકી

પ્રશ્ન: શા માટે વધુ લોકો માત્ર ઉનાળામાં જ ફૂડ-પોઈઝનિંગની ફરિયાદ કરે છે?
જવાબ: ઉનાળાની સિઝનમાં બેક્ટેરિયા, વાઇરસ કે ફૂગ ઝડપથી ફેલાય છે જેને કારણે ખોરાક ઝડપથી બગડે છે. જ્યારે આપણે આ ખોરાક ખાઈએ છીએ, ત્યારે ઇન્ફેક્શનનું જોખમ વધી જાય છે. જેના કારણે ફૂડ-પોઈઝનિંગની સમસ્યા થાય છે, તેથી જ ઘરમાં વાસી ખોરાક ન ખાવાની સલાહ આપવામાં આવે છે.

પ્રશ્ન: ફૂડ-પોઈઝનિંગથી કઈ સમસ્યાઓ થઈ શકે છે?
જવાબ: ફૂડ-પોઈઝનિંગથી પેટમાં ગરબડ, ઊલટી અને ઝાડા થઈ શકે છે, જેના કારણે શરીરમાંથી પાણી ઓછું થઈ જાય છે.

પ્રશ્ન: શું આ ચિંતાનું કારણ છે?
જવાબ: હા,ઊલટી અને ઝાડાને હળવાશથી લેવું સારું નથી. જેના કારણે નાનાં બાળકો અને વૃદ્ધોની તબિયત લથડી શકે છે. જેના કારણે ઘણી વખત દર્દીઓને હોસ્પિટલમાં પણ દાખલ થવું પડે છે.

પ્રશ્ન: ફૂડ-પોઇઝનિંગથી ઝડપી રાહત કેવી રીતે મેળવવી?
જવાબ: એક ગ્લાસ ગરમ પાણી લો. તેમાં આખા લીંબુનો રસ નિચોવો. હવે એમાં એક ચપટી મીઠું અને એક ચપટી ખાંડ ઉમેરો. એને સારી રીતે મિક્સ કરીને પી લો.

યાદ રાખો- જો તમને રાહત ન મળે તો ડૉક્ટરની સલાહ લો. ઘરગથ્થુ ઉપાયોમાં સમય બગાડો નહીં.

સવાલ: ઘણીવાર બહારનો ખોરાક ખાધા પછી પેટમાં ઈન્ફેક્શનની ફરિયાદ રહે છે, એનું કારણ શું છે?
જવાબ: આ પાછળ ઘણાં કારણો હોઈ શકે છે, જેમ કે-

• તમે જે જગ્યાએથી ભોજન મગાવ્યું છે અથવા ખાધું છે ત્યાં સ્વચ્છતાનું ધ્યાન ન રાખ્યું હોઈ શકે.
• ખોરાક યોગ્ય રીતે રાંધવામાં ન આવ્યો હોય.
• શાકભાજી બરાબર સાફ અને રાંધેલા ન હોવા જોઈએ.
• ખોરાક ખુલ્લો રાખ્યો હશે.
• સવારે તૈયાર થયેલો ખોરાક મોડેથી પીરસવામાં આવ્યો હોય.

પ્રશ્ન: લીંબુ ખાટું હોય છે, પેટના ઈન્ફેક્શનના દર્દીને લોકો લીંબુ-પાણી આપે છે, એ પણ યોગ્ય નથી?
જવાબ: આંતરડાંની ગંદકીને સાફ કરવા માટે લીંબુનો રસ કુદરતી ઉપાય છે. આ પીવાથી બેક્ટેરિયા નાશ પામે છે, જે ઈન્ફેક્શનનું કારણ બને છે. આ સાથે પેટમાં મરોડ, ખેંચાણ, દુખાવો અને ભૂખ ન લાગવી જેવી સમસ્યાઓ પણ દૂર થઈ શકે છે.
